Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong background in driver or logistics recruitment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business working with some of the UK’s largest logistics brands.
The Role You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment of professional drivers, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering a high-quality, compliant service.

Key responsibilities include:
*Recruiting HGV, LGV and professional drivers
*Managing client accounts and service delivery
*Candidate attraction, screening and compliance
*Shift planning, bookings and workforce management
*Supporting client growth and operational performance
*Acquiring new business and visiting customers
