Job Description
*Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue invoices through various communication methods
*Assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and evaluate financial risk through credit checks
*Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate credit control records
*Produce reports on aged debt, cash collection, and overall credit exposure
*Collaborate with internal teams, negotiate payment plans, and escalate high-risk or problematic accounts

*Experience in credit control
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Good problem-solving skills
*Good organization skills
*Good knowledge of sage 200 and excel
