Experienced Service Advisor – Main Dealership
Location : Farnham
Basic Salary up to £27,000 (D.O.E) + OTE & Benefits
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity within a successful and growing main dealership?

The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency of the service department.
Key Responsibilities*Providing a warm and professional welcome to all customers
*Managing service bookings and scheduling repairs
*Advising customers on repair times, costs, and progress updates
*Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
*Liaising with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
*Handling general administrative duties within the service department
The Candidate*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Well-presented and professional at all times
*Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence required
