HR Advisor, £37,000 Per Annum, Lancashire

Macmillan Davies is excited to be working with a leading business in the industrial sector who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This role will function to provide end to end HR support across the business.
About the role:
*Manage employee relations cases providing advice in line with UK employment law.
*Build strong relationships with managers and developing capability in handling people issues.
*Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including contracts and employment changes.
*Support recruitment including shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding duties.
*Being the first point of contact for all HR queries and escalating where required.
*Deliver HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle ensuring accurate records and systems.
*Maintain compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
About You:
*Strong HR generalist with ER focus and confident managing ER cases
*Influences and supports managers
*Solid UK employment law knowledge
*Organised and able to prioritise
*Uses data to inform decisions
*Strong communicator.
