Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Head of Finance
LOCATION: Swindon, Wiltshire
SALARY: £70,000 - £85,000
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Hybrid | Permanent
THE HEAD OF FINANCE OPPORTUNITY:
*Leading, developing and motivating a global finance team across multiple international territories
*Owning financial governance, policy development and internal controls across the group
*Delivering monthly group consolidation, reporting and forecasting at a global level
*Managing global treasury, cashflow, foreign exchange and banking relationships
*Overseeing statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance and external advisors worldwide
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
*ACA or ACCA qualified, with a practice-trained background
*Proven experience leading international or multi-entity finance teams
*Strong track record of developing and embedding financial controls, processes and systems
*Confident operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
*Highly detail-oriented with excellent technical and analytical capability
*Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders in a professional, constructive manner
*Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation capability
