Performance Data Analyst

£35,000-£50,000 DOE

MPJ Recruitment are currently looking for a Performance Data Analyst to support and enhance the performance of one of our clients claim’s operations based in Manchester. This role sits independently on the operational team, providing objective, data-driven insights whilst working closely alongside management to identify risks, improve performance, and drive better customer and commercial outcomes.
Ideal candidate:
*Exposure to AI-driven analytics or automated performance triggers.
*Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar (advantageous but not essential).
*Proven experience in a data analyst or performance analyst role, ideally within a contact centre, claims, or insurance environment.
*Strong analytical capability with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify patterns, risks, and anomalies in data.
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and build required reports.
*Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, simple, and commercially relevant way to a non-technical audience.
*Experience working with telephony data (e.g. call volumes, abandon rates, service levels) and operational performance metrics.
*Confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence change using data-led insight.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
