We’re looking for a Regional Engagement Manager to join our team on a permanent basis covering London & South East of England. This role offers a salary of £46,000 - £55,000 and is a remote position.

What you will be doing;
*Support the Regional Director in delivering the regional strategic plan, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives
*Deputise for the Regional Director at meetings and events where required
*Manage and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, 1:1s, and clear objectives
*Build strong internal relationships across teams to deliver a joined up, high quality member experience
*Collaborate with local active members and external stakeholders to deliver regional priorities
*Network with business leaders and professional bodies to enhance regional presence and influence
What you will need;
*Strong relationship management with senior leadership (SLT) and external stakeholders
*Proven people management experience, including handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution
*KPI and budget driven, with a good understanding of current affairs and regional business issues
*Comfortable with travel requirements
*Hands on and proactive approach
