About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated ARB Registered Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities*Lead architectural design projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
*Prepare and develop design proposals, drawings, specifications, and presentations
*Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
*Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
*Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
*Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
*Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve design challenges
*Maintain high standards of design quality and technical delivery
Requirements*Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
*RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
*Proven experience working on UK-based projects
*Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
*Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
*Excellent communication and project management skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
