The OpportunityWe’re working with a well-established and busy automotive dealership in Bristol that is looking to appoint an experienced Parts Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your parts career, leading a small team within a fast-paced and successful aftersales department.
Key Responsibilities*Supervise and support the day-to-day running of the parts department
*Oversee and assist parts advisors to ensure excellent customer service
*Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy
*Ensure timely supply of parts to workshop and trade customers
*Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
*Maintain manufacturer standards and company processes
*Support training and development of junior team members
About You*Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor
*Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems
*Leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence preferred
