About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Advisor to support individuals in making informed decisions about their education, training, and career pathways. You will provide high-quality guidance, helping clients identify their strengths, explore opportunities, and achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver one-to-one and group career guidance sessions
*Support clients with career planning, goal setting, and progression pathways
*Assist with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation
*Provide up-to-date labour market information and education/training advice
*Build relationships with employers, training providers, and educational institutions
*Organise and deliver workshops, career events, and employability sessions
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection policies
Requirements
*Degree in Careers Guidance, Education, Psychology, or a related field
*Relevant qualification in Career Guidance (e.g., Level 6/7 Diploma in Career Guidance - desirable)
*Experience in careers advice, coaching, or education support
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work with diverse individuals, including young people and adults
*Knowledge of labour market trends and education pathways
Desirable Skills
*Experience working in schools, colleges, or training environments
*Understanding of employability skills and recruitment processes
*Ability to deliver workshops and group sessions
*Knowledge of online career tools and platforms
