Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Birmingham, with 2 days per week in the office
Working pattern: Hybrid

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to support the overall success of our Quality Management System and policy and help us maintain high standards across the business. You’ll play an important role in supporting ISO 9001 compliance, assisting with audits, tracking improvements, and helping teams work smarter and more consistently.
What you’ll be doing
*Support the day-to-day running of our Quality Management System and Policy.
*Help monitor and maintain ISO 9001 compliance across the business.
*Assist with internal audits, quality checks, and follow-up actions.
*Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
*Keep quality records accurate, organised, and up to date.
*Work with colleagues across the business to improve processes and standards.
*Support quality-related training and awareness activity.
*Help us identify smarter ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
*Travel occasionally to other sites across the UK, with overnight stays where required.
What we’re looking for
We’re open to graduates or anyone who has studied and passed relevant Quality Assurance / Quality Management qualifications or is an experienced Quality Assurance officer and is ready for that next step to build on their practical experience and build a career in quality and compliance.
You’ll ideally have:
*An interest in progressing your career in quality assurance /quality management.
*Some practical experience is preferred through work, placement, internship, or a previous role however we will also consider you if you have some work experience and have completed the relevant studies.
*An understanding of ISO 9001
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
*A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
