Job Description:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Property Sales Manager to lead a high-performing branch in one of the most sought-after, high-end locations in the market.
With an established annual turnover of £700k – £1m, this branch offers strong foundations, premium stock, and an affluent client base. We are seeking a commercially astute leader who can elevate performance, drive market share, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Location: Crystal Palace - uncapped area
Salary: up to £32,000 basic - depending on qualifications, plus commission and bonus incentives
As Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the branch’s residential sales operation, leading from the front while developing and inspiring your team to exceed targets.
What you need:
*Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally at management level
*Relevant property qualifications - MARLA or equivalent
*Experience operating within a prime or high-value property market
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
*Exceptional valuation and negotiation expertise
*Highly commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
*Polished, professional, and confident dealing with discerning clients
*Full UK driving licence
Key responsibilities:
*Driving revenue, profitability, and market share across the branch
*Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
*Winning new instructions and conducting high-value property valuations
*Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients
*Overseeing negotiations to secure premium prices and successful completions
*Ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation at all times
*Analysing performance metrics and implementing strategic improvements
*Maintaining compliance with all property legislation and company procedures
