Production Operative – Ongoing Temporary Work

£12.80 per hour

Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week

Due to continued high demand, we’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a thriving manufacturing business in East Kent. This is an ongoing temporary position offering consistency, variety, and the chance to build valuable skills in a supportive environment.


You’ll be part of a team producing life-saving devices, making this role both rewarding and meaningful.


What you’ll be doing:
* Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Assisting in the production of life-saving products
* Safely operating machinery and equipment (training provided)
* Maintaining high attention to detail throughout the production process
* Ensuring all products meet quality standards
* Supporting across different production areas including cutting, bending and assembling


What we’re looking for:
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliability and punctuality
* Ability to use initiative and think on your feet
* Good awareness of health and safety practices
* Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
