Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven SeniorLettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and established property agent with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, to lead their lettings department and drive business growth.
Location: Croydon area
Salary: up to £25,000 depending on qualifications and experience + commission + bonus incentives
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 3:30pm

What’s required:
*Proven experience in residential lettings (2+ years preferred)
*Ideally you will be ARLA qualified - top end salary
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
*Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
*Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role)
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of rental properties from enquiry through to move-in
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
*Generating new business through valuations and client outreach
*Advising landlords on market conditions, pricing, and legal compliance
*Progressing tenancies, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met
*Supporting and mentoring junior negotiators where required
