Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager, London / Hybrid – Up to £50K plus benefits
This fast growth, disruptive digital marketing agency in London have a team of talented and innovative marketers and their looking to add a highly analytical an CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Manager to join their team.
This CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Manager will have the opportunity to contribute to their diverse range of projects.
You’ll sit at the heart of the CRO function, shaping strategy and delivering structured experimentation programmes across a range of high-profile clients.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
*Owning and delivering CRO and experimentation strategies
*Designing and running A/B and multivariate tests
*Turning data and user insight into clear, actionable hypotheses
*Analysing performance and presenting results to clients
*Collaborating with analytics, UX and development teams
*Building strong, consultative client relationships
What we’re looking for:
*Solid experience in CRO / experimentation roles
*Strong knowledge of tools like Optimizely, VWO, Piano or Zephr
*Advanced experience with GA4 (essential) and ideally Adobe / Amplitude / Mixpanel
*Strong analytical thinking — confident with data, testing logic and statistical significance
*Ability to translate insight into commercial recommendations
*Confident, client-facing communicator
Nice to have:
*Basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
