Warehouse Agency & Resource Manager

You’ll take ownership of the warehouse labour strategy, making sure the right mix of permanent and agency colleagues are in place to meet demand efficiently, safely and within budget.
Key focus areas include:
*Building and owning forward labour planning models based on accurate forecasting
*Reducing over-reliance on agency workers through smarter establishment control
*Managing agency suppliers, performance, compliance and cost control
*Setting and driving KPI performance across labour providers
*Leading peak and seasonal workforce planning with early visibility and structure
*Holding suppliers and stakeholders accountable to agreed standards and governance
*Working closely with Operations, HR and Finance to align labour decisions with business need
*Using data and insight to challenge poor planning decisions and improve efficiency
Key Skills & Experience required:*Strong background in labour planning, resourcing or high-volume warehouse recruitment
*Proven experience managing agency labour at scale in a fast-paced environment
*Comfortable working with data, forecasting and Excel to a strong level
*Confident managing stakeholders and challenging decisions when needed
*Experience working with suppliers and holding them to performance standards
*Good understanding of cost control, risk and operational impact
*Exposure to ER or people issues linked to agency workforce is a plus
