Credit Controller

We are hiring a Credit Controller to support the finance function in managing collections and maintaining healthy cash flow. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills while contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities*Chase outstanding debt via phone and email
*Maintain accurate customer account records
*Support month-end processes and reporting
*Work with account managers to resolve billing disputes
*Assist in improving current credit control processes
*Monitor customer payment trends and escalate issues
Requirements*Previous experience in a Credit Control or finance role
*Good communication and negotiation skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisation
*Ability to work in a manual, Excel-based environment
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes
