Credit Controller
Location: Longbridge
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing temporary role
Start Date: Immediate - starting next week

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy and friendly finance team based in Longbridge. This is an ongoing position offering a competitive hourly rate and the chance to support the business during a period of high activity.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
*Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
*Resolving invoice queries efficiently and professionally
*Allocating cash and updating customer accounts accurately
*Maintaining up-to-date and accurate credit control records
*Liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
*Supporting month-end credit control reporting where required
Skills & Experience Required *Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
