The Role
*Welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service
*Conducting screening eye health checks
*Facilitating a seamless transition to the optometrist
*Dispensing glasses and offering guidance on lens and frame selections
*Adjusting and repairing spectacles
*Instructing on contact lens handling and care
*Assisting with general administrative tasks
