For the successful Machine Operator, our client is offering:
*£34,000 per annum starting salary, rising to £38,000 after completing 12 weeks probation
*3 on 3 off 5.50am to 5.50 pm and 5.50pm to 5.50am (3 days/3 nights)

The role - Machine Operator:
*To operate production machinery safely to produce the product to the correct customer specification
*Ensure that all Quality Assurance checks are carried out
*Analyse and adhere to a production plan
*Picking and packing
*Working towards targets
*Using production IT systems
*Working to strict Food Hygiene standards
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
*Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
*Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE
*Demonstratable stability in work history
*Strong attention to detail
*Good computer skills
*Must be punctual and reliable and willing to work days and nights
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment
