Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the R&D Chemist - Mortar, Screed & Cement Products will involve:
*R&D Chemist position, dealing with a high quality manufactured range of mortar, plaster and render
*Supporting in the development of both new and existing products and formulations
*Researching and testing new raw materials and building strong relationships with suppliers
*Generate Safety Data Sheets & Environmental Product Declarations using specialist software (training provided)
*Supporting in Quality Control (QC) testing when required
*Support in troubleshooting production issues
The ideal applicant will be R&D Chemist - Mortar, Screed & Cement Products with:
*Must have R&D experience and be familiar with producing formulations
*Must have experience dealing with related products such as; cement, mortar, screed, precast concrete, ready mix concrete, concrete admixtures, cement admixtures, chemicals admixtures, grouts and resins
*Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 standards
*Ideally will be degree level educated in chemistry or related field
*Positive, energetic and confident individual
*Driven, organised and personable
