Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Internal Recruiter to support the full recruitment journey and ensure every candidate receives a positive, professional experience. You’ll play a key role in connecting people with opportunities, supporting hiring teams, and making sure candidates feel informed, valued, and supported at every stage of the process.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an excellent candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing*Supporting candidates throughout the talent acquisition process, from initial screening through to interview and feedback
*Reviewing applications, qualifying candidates, and shortlisting individuals against role requirements
*Conducting candidate screenings to understand skills, experience, and career aspirations
*Building strong, professional relationships with candidates and acting as a key point of contact
*Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring candidates feel prepared and well-informed
*Gathering and sharing feedback with candidates in a timely, respectful, and constructive way
*Working closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the recruitment database / CRM system
*Providing general administrative support to help the talent acquisition team deliver a high-quality service
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills
*Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or internal)
*Confident, friendly communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
*Strong listening and questioning skills, with a genuine interest in people
*Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, or CRM platforms
Personal Attributes
*Candidate-focused with a passion for delivering a great experience
*Self-motivated, proactive, and professional
*Able to prioritise workload and escalate when appropriate
*Comfortable working in a fast-moving, people-centric environment
Desirable
*Language skills, particularly German or Dutch, would be highly advantageous
