We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing organisation and support the development and improvement of internal systems and operational processes. This role involves working with teams across the business to understand requirements, streamline workflows, and contribute to the delivery of effective digital and operational solutions.


What you’ll be doing
*Gather and document business requirements
*Support process mapping and workflow improvements
*Create clear user stories and supporting documentation
*Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams
*Assist with testing, UAT, and release preparation
*Contribute to analysis of systems, data flows, and integrations
*Maintain structured documentation and support ongoing improvements


What we’re looking for
*2+ Years’ experience as a Business Analyst or related position
*Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Good understanding of Agile ways of working
*Comfortable documenting processes and requirements
*Familiar with tools used for task management and process mapping
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
