Role: Customer Operations Coordinator
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £29k per annum
Key Responsibilities
*Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries
*Process bookings accurately and in a timely manner
*Coordinate effectively with internal departments
Key Requirements
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
*Confident problem-solver with a proactive and solution-focused approach
*Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations
