Warehouse Team Leader (NIGHTS)
Location: Swindon
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000 - £32,000 per annual
Schedule: Flexible hours, 6 days per week, Nights
About the RoleResponsive Personnel are looking for a hardworking, experienced Warehouse Operative to join our fast-growing and dynamic company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career and grow alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities*Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with delivery notes
*Assist with basic food preparation and handling where required
*Process and prepare orders for dispatch efficiently
*Receive incoming goods and verify deliveries against shipping documentation
*Organise and manage warehouse stock and inventory levels
*Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment
*Ensure all operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
*Support general warehouse operations as needed
Skills & Experience*Previous warehouse experience (food industry experience preferred)
*Comfortable working with food products and maintaining hygiene standards
*Forklift driving experience (valid licence preferred)
*Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
*Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Experience with inventory control and equipment handling
*Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
*Flexible and reliable, with willingness to work varied hours across 6 days
