We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join this finance team on a full-time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, managing B2B ledgers, and taking ownership of the collections process from start to finish.You’ll be the go-to person for all things debt management, ensuring invoices are paid on time while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach with this firms clients.Key Responsibilities
*B2B credit control: Managing your own ledger, chasing overdue invoices, and resolving queries.
*Xero invoicing: Raising, allocating, and reconciling payments within Xero.
*Account reconciliation and month-end support.
*Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
*Working closely with the wider finance team to improve processes and reduce aged debt.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience in B2B collections.
*Strong working knowledge of Xero - this is essential.
*Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach.
*Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload.
*Someone who enjoys problem-solving and building rapport with clients.
