We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator to join one of our clients as part of their dynamic team.
What You’ll Do
*Operate and adjust machinery with precision.
*Oversee manufacturing, packaging, and outbound processes.
*Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are always met.
*Complete due diligence paperwork promptly and accurately.
*Maintain a clean and compliant workspace.
What We’re Looking For
*Required: Good understanding of English both spoken and written
*Have positive, can-do attitude.
*Confidence to make decisions independently and take ownership of tasks.
*Strong commitment to health and safety, acting as a role model for others.
*Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and adapt during busy periods.
*A methodical and thorough approach, with a focus on "getting it right the first time."
*Willingness to learn from mistakes and use them as opportunities for improvement.
