We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Territory Manager to charge of some exciting postcodes in South London. This isn’t a traditional estate agency role. It’s an opportunity to run and grow your own business, backed by one of the UK’s most forward thinking estate agency brands. As a Territory Manager you’ll also have the support of the Territory Owner who can help support and guide you with the growth of your business.

As a Yopa Territory Manager, you’ll be more than an estate agent - you’ll be a local business leader. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility build a thriving property business in your area, supported by Yopa’s technology, marketing and National brand presence.

Duties and responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
*Building and managing your own estate agency business within your allocated postcodes
*Carrying out valuations and winning instructions
*Viewings, feedback, looking after your customers (buyers and sellers) with amazing service
*Developing strong relationships within the local community through networking and sponsorship opportunities
*Supporting and growing the ancillary business
*Creating and executing a strategy to grow your market share
*Ensuring you are a brand ambassador at all times and growing the brand locally


Experience and qualifications
*Experienced Estate Agent - Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Valuer/Lister
