Job Description:
Looking for a part-time Accounts Payable role where you can make a real impact? Here’s your chance to step into a temp hands-on AP role with a leading operational security solutions provider. You’ll be the go-to person for all things AP in the UK and helping to keep things running smoothly during a busy period. If you thrive on sorting out supplier queries, keeping the cashflow moving, and want a role that values your experience, this could be the one for you.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:
*Managing the accounts payable inbox and keeping on top of a steady flow of invoices and emails
*Processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time
*Handling supplier queries
*Supporting the finance team with any other AP-related tasks as required
What you will need:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, or similar finance role
*Confidence to work independently and proactively, with a steady approach to problem-solving
*Resilience when managing payment delays and handling challenging conversations
*Experience with Netsuite is a bonus, but not essential
