Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Lincolnshire
£50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Progression

Stafforce are recruiting for a growing provider within children’s residential care and learning disability services. With new homes opening across Lincolnshire and beyond, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its people, development, and long-term growth.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home, ensuring high-quality care, strong compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.
You will lead and develop your team, maintain Ofsted standards, and drive the home towards achieving and sustaining high inspection ratings.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the daily operations of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
*Lead, develop, and support staff through supervisions and training
*Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
*Oversee care planning and delivery of person-centred care
*Manage rotas, staffing levels, and occupancy
*Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
*Drive continuous improvement and service quality
About You
*Minimum 1 year’s experience within a Residential Children’s Home
*Experience managing staff and leading teams
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspections
*Confident in safeguarding, compliance, and care planning
*Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
*Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Working Hours
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
*Flexibility required
*On-call responsibilities may be required
Package & Benefits
*£50,000 – £60,000 basic salary
*£5,000 annual profit share bonus (paid quarterly)
*£2,000 bonus for Outstanding Ofsted rating
