Job Description:
Our client is seeking an organised and proactiveHR Assistant to join their team in a newly created role. If you enjoy supporting people, keeping processes running smoothly, and getting involved in a variety of HR tasks, this could be the role for you !

Reporting to the Head of Finance and working as part of a busy team, key responsibilities will include:*Be the first point of contact for managers for HR queries
*Preparing offer letters for new starters
*Creating new starter contracts
*Issuing variation to contract letters
*Carrying out right-to-work checks
*Organising and completing DBS checks
*Answering incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
*Managing and responding to email queries
*Populating general forms and documents
We are looking for applicants who are highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask. You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
With a positive attitude and willingness to learn, you will be part of a supportive team where your role will span across key HR and office support activities. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience and advance your career in HR.
