Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Completions and Processing Associate to join their team to cover a 6-month contract. They are a small and friendly team situated in prestigious offices in Bracknell. Within this role you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications from start to finish.
Responsibilities
· Process mortgage applications accurately
· Manage and maintain a pipeline of cases to meet internal SLAs
· Communicate with internal and external teams, including brokers and solicitors
· Handing incoming calls and make outgoing calls as necessary
· Progress cases from offer stage through to funds release and completion
· Complete administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, indexing documents, and preparing funds for release
· Working inline with regulatory frameworks and identifying potential risks or fraudulent activity
· Work to agreed objectives, KPIs, and service standards
· Undertake any additional tasks as required by management
Skills/experience required
· Experience working within a mortgage or financial services environment
· Strong understanding of the mortgage application process
· Knowledge of Consumer Duty, Data Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and MCOB
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
· Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Proactive approach with the ability to suggest process improvements
· Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service delivery
· Highly organised with strong planning skills
· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
· Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment
· Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
