Superb new lettings and property management opportunity in Exeter! Our client is seeking a professional and knowledgeable Lettings Manager to run their Exeter property lettings department. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties across the city and surrounding areas. This role comes with a basic of around £35,000 plus bonuses for new business.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll exceed our clients’ expectations, manage and nurture the existing clients whilst helping to grow the business, and ensure company processes are upheld. Resilience, prioritisation skills, and maintaining composure under pressure are key.


We are looking for someone who:
*Is ARLA qualified ideally
*Possesses at least 2 years of lettings experience
*Exhibits an outgoing, confident personality
*Has a driven, proactive work approach
*Demonstrates excellent administrative and typing skills
*Works efficiently and independently
*Thrives under pressure
*Has excellent interpersonal and MS Office skills
*Holds a driver’s licence and has access to their own vehicle
