Accounts Receivable Clerk - London


We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a consumer retail business based in Central London on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on managing sales invoicing across multiple entities within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
*Issue sales invoices across multiple entities and liaise with customers to ensure accurate billing.
*Reconcile, collect, and clear aged debtor balances in a timely manner.
*Code and post invoices, process payments, reconcile supplier statements, and manage supplier queries.
*Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
*Support month-end processes and assist with general administrative tasks as required.


Requirements
*Minimum three years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
*AAT studier or qualified (desirable).
*Experience using Xero (desirable).
*Background in retail and stock-related finance processes (desirable).
*Intermediate Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (essential).
