We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to support the delivery of engaging campaigns and communications across multiple channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone to hit the ground running, taking on a short term temp role. You will be experienced in email marketing and stakeholder coordination to play a key role in enhancing member engagement and supporting a variety of projects.

You MUST be available immediately and able to commit to at least two weeks.

Marketing and Comms responsibilities:
*Create, build, and send email campaigns using MessageGears / Message Pipes (or similar platforms)
*Manage email schedules, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
*Draft and edit compelling marketing and member communications content
*Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple projects
*Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely delivery
*Assist with stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across projects
*Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations

Person Specification:
*Experience creating and managing email campaigns using Message Pipes, MessageGears, or similar platforms
*Previous experience managing marketing and communications in a membership, trade association or similar sector
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
*Experience working with stakeholders across different teams
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
