We are seeking an experienced Markets Project Manager to lead front-office transformation initiatives across a major global financial institution. The role focuses on delivering regulatory and business-driven change, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving cross-functional program execution.


Key Responsibilities

*Deliver complex business and regulatory change programs
*Lead planning, governance, risk, and issue management
*Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
*Analyse large datasets to support strategic decisions
*Ensure adherence to program standards and regulatory requirements


Requirements

*Significant experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Consulting
*Proven delivery of large-scale transformation or regulatory programs
*Strong capital markets product knowledge and trade lifecycle expertise
*Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
*Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
*Project management certification beneficial
