Job Description:
Finance Business Partner - Operations | London | Hybrid | Day rate: £400-£500 (depending on experience) - Umbrella
We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner - Operations to support a fast-moving environment. This role works closely with operational leaders across the business.
What You’ll Do:
*Support forecasting, budgeting and regular performance reviews
*Analyse operational performance, costs and KPIs
*Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior teams
*Partner with operational leaders to improve productivity and cost efficiency
*Support investment cases, modelling and scenario analysis
*Help streamline financial processes and reporting
What They’re Looking For:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
*Experience in operational finance, commercial finance or FP&A
*Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills
*Confident communicator able to work with non-financial stakeholders
*Comfortable providing challenge and influencing decisions
