Finance Operations Analyst - London
A fast-growing tech-focused organisation is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract. You’ll support core finance operations across accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliations, and smooth day-to-day financial workflows. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
*Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time
*Prepare payment runs and ensure correct coding and documentation
*Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
*Work with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure correct invoice coding
*Handle vendor queries and maintain strong relationships
*Support month-end with invoice classification and coding
About You
*1-3 years’ finance operations experience, ideally with AP exposure
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
*Confident using Excel or Google Sheets
*Able to manage high volumes of transactions to tight deadlines
*Experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a bonus
