A leading publishing company are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.
This is a broad generalist role where you’ll partner with leaders across the organisation, supporting areas such as employee relations, performance, development, and learning & development. You’ll also play a key role in contributing to wider people initiatives and using insight to support better decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring solid HRBP experience, ideally within a creative environment with a passion or interest in L&D. You’ll be confident influencing and coaching stakeholders and able to combine commercial awareness with strong emotional intelligence.
They operate a hybrid policy, with 3 days in their London office.
