You will be working in the Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Quality & Productivity function, where we are responsible for safety on site to wellbeing at work, we create environments where everyone can thrive, delivering quality outcomes that build trust and lasting impact.
We are currently looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager who will lead the strategic and operational delivery of Health, Safety and Wellbeing across our Healthcare, Defence and Commercial sectors. You will drive health, safety and wellbeing excellence, support business growth through tender leadership, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
As the Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will:
*Lead and deliver the HSW strategy across Healthcare, Defence and Commercial sectors.
*Support accident and incident investigations, ensuring clear and timely communication of findings.
*Deputise for the Director of HSWQ as required, representing the function at key meetings and forums.
*Champion innovation to improve HSW performance and wellbeing outcomes.
*Build trusted relationships with customers and supply chain partners.
We are looking for:
*Proven line management experience, with a track record of leading leaders.
*Level 6 qualification or above in Health, Safety and Wellbeing, or equivalent.
*Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH), or working towards it.
*Strong technical expertise in Fire Management, Temporary Works and Lifting Operations.
*Deep understanding of HSW principles and effective management practices.
