We are currently searching for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to work across various exciting contracts in the Building Operating Unit.
As the Senior Digital Construction Manager, you will:
*Lead digital delivery across major projects and tenders, ensuring digital plans, workflows and outputs align with customer expectations and Skanska standards.
*Shape digital strategies for work-winning and delivery phases, translating strategic objectives into clear, practical approaches for teams to execute.
*Provide leadership, coaching and structured development for direct reports, strengthening both technical and behavioural capability.
*Act as senior digital counterpart to customer digital teams, establishing trusted relationships and promoting collaborative, value-led digital delivery.
*Lead cross-project improvement initiatives that enhance digital maturity, standardisation and consistency across the Operating Unit.
*Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and sustainability through emerging technologies and improved practices.
We are looking for:
*Demonstrable delivery experience within the digital built environment.
*The ability to champion digital transformation by guiding teams through change, addressing resistance, and inspire adoption and ownership.
*Appropriate professional qualification and/or certification.
*Effective verbal communication with large groups of people.
*Knowledge and awareness of core and enabling functions remit, to drive collaboration, engagement, and support OU/BU level delivery.
*Understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 (inclusive of the National Annex), and other information management standards.
*Produce and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan including supporting resources during both pre-appointment and post-appointment.
