Go-To-Market Technology Recruitment
£25,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £40k Year 1 | £60k Year 2 | £80k+ Year 3

The opportunity
Edmund & Evans have partnered with a leading Go-To-Market technology recruitment firm based in Epsom.
This is a trainee-level opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to start a long-term career in recruitment. You will work closely with high-growth technology businesses across the UK and internationally, in an environment focused on quality, market knowledge and long-term relationships rather than volume.
The role
You will join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and receive structured training from day one.
You will:
*Source and engage candidates within the GTM technology market
*Build professional relationships
*Learn the full recruitment process from start to finish
*Progress into a full 360 consultant role as you develop
