About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to lead a residential lettings team in Harrow on the Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio, drive business development, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Lead, mentor, and develop the lettings team to achieve targets
*Generate new business through valuations, networking, and referrals
*Conduct rental valuations and secure new instructions
*Oversee property marketing, viewings, and negotiations
*Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and best practices
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Harrow area
*Manage tenancy progression from offer through to move-in
*Handle escalated issues and provide solutions-focused outcomes

Requirements
*Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a senior or managerial role
*Strong track record of generating new business and hitting targets
*In-depth knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
