Job Description:
Up to £550,000 basic + x2 validation + annual bonus
An established, client-focused and growing independent financial planning firm in North West London is looking to appoint an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join its friendly and collaborative team.
The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering holistic, high-quality advice and prides itself on maintaining long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and excellent service. Advisers are supported by an experienced paraplanning and administration team, allowing them to focus on client-facing activity and delivering tailored financial solutions.
The Role:
This is a full advisory position providing holistic financial planning across a wide range of areas including:
*Investment planning
*Pensions and retirement planning
*Protection
*Mortgages and lending
*Wills and estate planning
*Inheritance tax planning
You will inherit an element of existing clients, alongside opportunities to develop new business through referrals, professional introducers, and internal leads. The firm operates a client-centric approach rather than a sales-driven culture, ensuring advice quality is always the priority.
