Job Description:
Learning and Development Partner (5 Days in London a week)
Our client, a growing Fintech, is looking for a hands-on Learning and Development Partner to work closely with managers at all levels-from first-time team leads to regional leaders-in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
This is not a traditional L&D role. You’ll be embedded in the business, helping managers lead confidently and build high-performing teams that support aggressive growth.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver and evolve a practical leadership development programme
*Coach managers (1:1 and groups) on performance, accountability, and team leadership
*Support new managers in building strong, consistent leadership habits
*Facilitate high-impact sessions on difficult conversations and driving results
*Identify trends in underperformance and early attrition, and intervene early
*Partner with HR to reduce escalations through proactive coaching
*Align leadership development with commercial goals, particularly sales performance and productivity
*Provide insight and recommendations on leadership capability and development priorities
What we’re looking for:
*A commercially minded coach who thrives in evolving environments
*Strong experience developing managers in performance-focused roles
*Practical approach to leadership development
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing change
*Passion for building accountable, high-performing teams
If you enjoy being close to the business, solving real performance challenges, and making a tangible impact on leadership capability, this role is for you. Please note this role requires someone in West London 5 days per week.
Ideally we need someone to start within 1 month.
