Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

You will play a key role in delivering meaningful housing projects from day one, with real ownership and the backing of an experienced, supportive team.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading projects from inception through to completion
• Managing contract administration across public sector housing schemes
• Carrying out condition surveys, defect analysis and feasibility work
• Acting as a key client contact and building long-term relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the team
What we’re looking for
• Consultancy background in building surveying
• Strong project management and contract administration experience
• Exposure to condition surveys and technical reporting
• Chartered or working towards MRICS
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and teams
