Handyperson / Maintenance Technician
Location: Bristol - Coverage – Bristol, Swindon, South West (down to Hayle), South Wales.
Salary:£29,000 (starting salary) - £30,000 (following successful six-month probation)
This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a dependable Handyperson to join their expanding team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical work and wish to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.
The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing washroom systems across commercial sites. Comprehensive training, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
Electrical, plumbing or drainage experience is advantageousl, as the company specialises in installing, maintaining, and carrying out reactive work in washrooms across a variety of corporate sites, as well as fitting air fresheners and hand dryers.
Key Responsibilities
*Install, maintain and repair washroom systems
*Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasks
*Fit hand dryers and air fresheners (electrical work)
*Travel to client sites as required
*Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues
*Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
*Maintain accurate records of work completed
*Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion
*Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required following successful completion of the six-month probation period
*Practical or maintenance experience preferred
*Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing or drainage systems is beneficial
*Reliable with strong attention to detail
*Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
