Key Responsibilities:

*Engage with prospective clients and provide them with accurate information to address their needs.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and customer promotions.
*Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
*Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in our CRM system.
*Provide exceptional customer service throughout the call process.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
*Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
*Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
*Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
