Key Responsibilities
*Leading, installing and supervising marquee crew members on-site
*Towing trailers
*Overseeing the installation and dismantling of marquees and event structures
*Coordinating loading, transport, and unloading of equipment
*Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to company standards
*Maintaining high levels of health & safety compliance
*Acting as the main point of contact on-site for crew and clients
*Supporting and training junior team members
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in marquee installation, events, construction, or a similar hands-on role
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
*Reliable, organised, and able to handle early starts and long days
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*A proactive, "lead from the front" attitude
What You’ll Get
*Competitive pay with enhanced rates based on experience
*Opportunities for overtime, weekend, and bank holiday work
*Consistent hours throughout the peak season
*A varied, active role working on weddings, festivals, and major events
*A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your leadership skills
