Job Description:
We are now working with a US investment bank, who are looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their European M&A team. You will supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of corporate finance deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Full member of deal team, working on M&A deals
• Complete involvement in transactions from inception to completion
• Financial analysis; deal strategy
• Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination
• Working with senior clients on deal structuring and negotiation
• Origination work such as marketing materials
They are looking for people who will have a background as follows
• Investment banking associates from other firms
• Manager level + advisors from lead advisory/ M&A teams of major advisory firms
• Excellent deal sheets
